We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker at Bakery Pompette, you will play a key role in preparing our signature products, ensuring quality, and maintaining the highest standards of excellence in every batch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and bake a variety of artisanal breads, viennoiseries, and pastries following traditional French techniques.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods.
- Assist in the daily production schedule to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new recipes and improve existing ones.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Baker or in a similar role (experience with French baking is a plus).
- Knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and equipment.
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible hours as required.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality products.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
