**What You'll Do**
As Store Manager, you'll lead a team of budtenders, create a positive store culture, and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience. Your day-to-day will include:

- Leading by example to foster a positive, educational, and customer-first environment.
- Hiring, training, and coaching team members.
- Managing daily store operations including opening/closing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory.
- Collaborating with the corporate team on promotions, community initiatives, and store strategies.
- Ensuring compliance with all cannabis retail regulations.
- Supporting team education through ongoing product knowledge and development.

**What We're Looking For**
- Must be 19+ with flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- 2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality leadership
- Pre-employment Criminal Record Check
- Valid provincial cannabis certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication, organization, and team-building skills
- A genuine interest in cannabis education and community engagement
