**A day in the life**
**You will**:
- Work closely with the Store Manager in all planning and implementing of strategies to exceed customer's expectations.
- Oversee the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis.
- Be responsible for creating and managing the schedule based on monthly and annual labor budgets provided.
- Analyze all financial reports and create appropriate action plans to execute to achieve store and company targets.
- Network, build and maintain relationships with others within our industry.
- Consistently monitor product portfolios and utilize all applicable resources available to ensure we have the best selection available for our customers.
- Strategize and plan for future staffing and business needs with the Leadership team.
- Assist the Store Manager with succession planning and developing your team.
- Lead by example at all times.
- Participate in consistent coaching and mentoring of your team.
- Maintain open communication with the Leadership team.
- Assist and offer support to help with hiring and recruitment to ensure we are hiring top performers to join our team.

**Qualifications**:
- 3-5 years retail or customer service experience
- WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry knowledge
- Experience coaching/mentoring a team
- Understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Publisher)

Pay: $52,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
