**Job description**

The UPS Store in North Vancouver is currently opening a sale assistant position. Excellent customer service skills required. Basic Graphic design/printing skills are asset.

**Job Summary**:
To ensure a customer intimate The UPS Store experience with each customer by providing efficient and effective service to meet and exceed expectations.

**Required - Demonstrated experience and qualifications to include**
- Excellent communication skills;
- Good computer skills, basic knowledge/experience with Photoshop, Indesign and other graphic design software,
- Retail sales/customer service experience; The UPS store or similar working experience is perfect;
- Highly organized, responsible, disciplined and self-motivated
- No Smoking

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following**:

- Smile. Greet customers and determine how to exceed their expectations.
- Receive, sort and place mail in mailbox modules accurately.
- Record all sales transactions on POS with cash, cheque, and debit/credit card.
- Receive and process packages for couriers.
- Pack contents for shipping using established procedures and products.
- Operate copiers, fax, binding equipment etc.
- General housekeeping.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Schedules are based on operational requirements
- Full training provided
