**SALES ASSOCIATE**
- ARCannabis_ is currently looking for part-time and full-time **Sales Associates** for our Vancouver locations. As the key front-line retail representative of _Arcannabis_, the Sales Associate is responsible for customer-centered processes in each retail store. The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering highest-quality customer service, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and following store procedures; driving the continual improvement of _Arcannabis_ customer experience, brand loyalty, and sales volume.

**_Key Responsibilities_**
- Deliver exceptional customer service experience in an active environment - focus on customer comfort and happiness;
- Use metrics and product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer satisfaction;
- Achieve personal daily and weekly targets;
- Assists store management in conducting new associate trainings;
- Ensures adherence to all company policies, procedures and guidelines;
- Assists with opening and closing procedures and any inventory duties as directed;
- Uses product knowledge to generate sales and increase customer satisfaction;
- Identifies product/supply demand and report to the Store Manager;
- Stay current on new information and processes around product and methods of use;
- General cleaning and upkeep of the storefront facility;
- Responsible for receiving and responding to internal communication from team leaders and management;
- Work within a team to ensure operating and visual merchandising standards are met;
- Be open to new technology, industry and corporate changes; learn and adapt as needed;
- Demonstrate patience, courtesy, and ability to remain calm at all times.

**_Qualifications & Requirements_**
- **_MUST HAVE Selling It Right Certificate by Province_.**
- Must be 19 years of age or older;
- Ability to pass a background and criminal record check;
- High School diploma or equivalent;
- 1-2 years experience in a retail-oriented environment;
- Experience working in a leadership role considered an asset;
- Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays;
- Must have general computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Excellent and effective communication skills;
- Strong conflict management and interpersonal skills;
- Must have a friendly, outgoing personality, positive attitude and be reliable and punctual;
- Proficiency with the following: cash handling, using POS system, opening/closing procedures of a retail business, ordering product and inventory;
