**Position Summary**
This position supports the sales process through the scheduling of templates and installations for our customers. The Scheduling/Project Coordinator ensures that all files are completed and given to Procurement Coordinator in a timely manner, and communicates template/install information (dates and pre-template details) to the customers.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
- Schedule project templating with customers and maintain paperwork for project fabrication in the shop
- Schedule installations of the stone countertops
- Respond to any schedule changes as required, update scheduler
- Assist in resolving customer complaints regarding product or services by: clarifying the customer’s complaint
- Manage multi-unit projects regarding template/install scheduling
- Work with Production Manager and Install Foreman to resolve issues
- Ensure project expectations and deadlines are met
- Contribute to team effort and complete other duties as required or assigned.

- Industry knowledge
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Superb organization skills
- Strong Computer Skills - Proficient with Microsoft Excel & Word
- A dynamic personality who excels in a fast paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
