Project Coordinator

The Project Coordinator is responsible to coordinating multiple multi-family construction projects of varying sizes to ensure each project meets client requirements and is completed on time and on budget.

Working under the general direction of the Project Manager, the Project coordinator is a progressive role with the opportunity to take on more responsibilities and larger projects as you develop.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project success
- Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or delays
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections
- Prepare and distribute project reports, updates, and communications
- Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

**Skills**:

- General Knowledge of all aspects of commercial & residential construction
- Ability to read blueprints are a requirement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and timelines
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational skills

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
