Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Our people are our best and most important asset and through the development of this incredible team of people along with the growth of our business, we are now seeking to add an Order Fulfillment Coordinator to our team.

As a member of the as a member of the Order Fulfillment Team, reporting to our Logistics and Order Fulfillment Supervisor, you will bring your expertise and experience to support the fulfillment and logistics processes for sales transactions.

We are located on the Langley/Surrey border close to public transit.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Generate sales orders through NetSuite, entering quantity, price, and product, as per the customer, accounting department or salesperson instructions.
- Consolidate small volume orders and work with carriers to prevent damage and loss.
- In conjunction with the Logistics and Order Fulfillment Supervisor, coordinate drivers in the fleet or third-party carriers for their pickup and deliveries.
- Confirm available inventory, provide pricing and shipping confirmation to customers.
- Maintain order fulfillment; liaise between sales, shipping, and the client, providing status updates to all parties.
- Match packing slip to invoice; file completed documentation.
- In partnership with the accounting department, maintain customer account information in NetSuite.
- Work closely with the Technical Sales team to ensure specifications and materials meet with customer requirements.
- Thoroughly review the order details with the sales rep and the customer to determine project deliverables.
- Investigate and report on undelivered or missed shipments.
- Manage all US bound and international bound freight documentation.
- Work closely with the procurement coordinator to procure special order materials and with the planning coordinator to schedule orders into production.
- Greet customers and manage sign in/sign out procedure.

**What you bring to our team**:

- Grade 12 Diploma.
- Post-Secondary certificate, degree or diploma in business, sales, or a related field would be an asset.
- Previous experience with order entry and maintaining database information.
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-volume environment.
- Pleasant phone manner and etiquette.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully to internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience in a production-oriented work environment would be an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
