**Order Processing & Data Entry Specialist**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Order Entry & Processing**:

- Manually enter and process customer orders from various sales channels, including **CommerceHub and Fishbowl.**
- Verify and cross-check order details, including product SKUs, quantities, pricing, and duplicate order information.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency when inputting orders into the system.

**Order Fulfillment Coordination**:

- Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate shipments with different shipping carriers and provide tracking information when required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order processing issues, such as incorrect shipments, missing items, or system errors.

**Communication & Customer Service Support**:

- Communicate with the internal customer service team regarding order status, discrepancies, and special requests.
- Provide updates on order fulfillment timelines and assist in resolving customer inquiries related to order processing.
- Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and shipping partners when necessary to facilitate smooth operations.

**Data Accuracy & System Management**:

- Maintain and update order records within order management systems, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Utilize **Fishbowl Software, Excel, and other order management tools** to track, organize, and process orders efficiently.
- Generate reports related to order processing, inventory levels, and fulfillment performance as needed.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- ** 2-3 years of experience** in order processing, data entry, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure correct order processing.
- Proficiency in using order management systems, **Fishbowl Software, Excel, and other relevant tools.**
- Excellent communication skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve order-related issues.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in **logistics, supply chain, or e-commerce industries.**
- Familiarity with **B2B and B2C order processing,** including wholesale and direct-to-consumer transactions.
- Knowledge of **inventory management and fulfillment processes.**
- Experience working with shipping carriers and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
