We are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our team on a maternity coverage contract The Human Resources Coordinator will be trained and mentored by the Human Resources

Generalist & Director and will interact with amazing employees across all divisions of the organization.

**You have**:

- Post-Secondary education in Human Resources
- Customer service or administrative experience a definite plus
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and manage your time effectively
- A great approach to dealing with people
- Willing to travel to other locations to perform work and meet employees (driver’s license and reliable vehicle)

**As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will**:

- Act as a point of contact for employees on benefits, time off, policy interpretation, and other inquiries
- Perform administrative tasks including HRIS administration and hygiene, creation and management of files, and creating reports/documentation
- Track union resignations and HR KPI’s
- Support full-cycle recruitment in all divisions
- Work closely with the HR team on projects including onboarding, performance management, training, and DEI&B initiatives
- Participate in employee relations and labour relations
- Research policies, procedures, best practices, and draft policies with support from the HR team
- Provide input into annual project planning and ideas for new employee programs
- Provide back up support to the Health & Safety team as needed Other tasks as assigned
