We’re searching for a qualified and resourceful human resources generalist to support our department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The human resources generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities and will help with important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits. We understand that our business thrives when our employees thrive, and it begins with hiring the right human resources generalist.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement the company’s recruitment strategy.
- Prepare paperwork for a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including data entry in the human resources information system (HRIS).
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of the employee handbook.
- Assist with the creation and implementation of company policies and procedures as needed.
- Answer questions from employees and record complaints.
- Carry out company programs to increase morale.
- Support the HR department.
- All other duties as assigned.

**Required Skills and Education**:

- Knowledge and expertise in HR policies and procedures.
- Significant knowledge of the hiring process.
- A strong understanding of best practices and current regulations specific to HR.
- Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Organized and the ability to maintain employee files.
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable with computers and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Two years of clerical or administrative experience or one year in the HR field.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in human resources, personnel administration, personnel management, business administration, or a related field may be preferred.
