for an experienced General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations at our flagship location.

As General Manager, you'll take charge of all restaurant operations-from staffing and training to ensuring

exceptional guest service and hitting performance targets. We're looking for someone who can lead by

example, drive operational excellence, and build a winning team culture.

What We're Looking For:

- Must be able to work evening and weekend shifts
- Comfortable with push operations and fast-paced decision making
- 3-5+ years of experience in a management role within the fast food or quick-service industry
- Strong leadership skills with experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurant settings
- Proficiency in staff scheduling, training, inventory, and cost control
- Experience with P&L management and hitting performance targets
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and team development abilities

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient execution of service
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain labour and food cost targets while ensuring top-tier service quality
- Ensure health & safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Handle scheduling, hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with ownership to meet business goals and grow the brand
