Executive Assistant

Your role will include but not be limited to:
- Organizing calendars and schedules
- Planning Events
- Attend events to take photos/videos for social media
- Assist with property management admin tasks
- Organizing lunches
- Social media assistance
- Managing podcast platforms
- Managing youtube page
Skills and Experience required:
- social media skills
- admin experience
- able to come into the office ( Hamilton )
- Organized
- Driven, self-starter
- Real estate knowledge ( bonus)
- Looking to remain in an admin role (3-5 years)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hamilton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
