**We are currently seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will provide daily efficient, professional, and confidential support for a wide variety of administrative duties.**

**What will you do?**
- Provide administrative support to the COO
- Prepare agendas, setting up meetings and assist with overall calendar management
- Prepare travel schedules, book travel arrangements, and make reservations
- Ensure days, weeks, and months are streamlined, efficient and manageable
- Prepare expense report submission and approvals
- Take meeting minutes and review and prepare presentations
- Receive and screen inbound calls
- Troubleshoot and/or escalate any issues
- Review, evaluate, and distribute correspondence
- Facilitate communication from department leaders
- Present a positive and professional image of the executive office to all.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Qualifications**:

- Post-Secondary education
- 2-3 years of executive or administrative support experience supporting senior leadership
- Keen attention to details
- High proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) - tech savvy
- Superior organizational skills specifically around calendar management, scheduling, ability to organize, plan, and schedule activities
- Anticipate the needs of the senior executive and flag questions or opportunities before issues arise
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proof-reading skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions and competing demands
- High degree of confidentiality and the ability to work with sensitive matters
