Digital Marketing Coordinator

WCLC has flexibility for this position to be located in Alberta, Manitoba or Saskatchewan. The successful will need to travel to one of our head office locations on an as needed basis.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Update content (written and graphic) on WCLC’s digital properties using various content management systems
- Coordinate administration of digital projects and campaigns.
- Regularly report on digital property and app performance as well as digital marketing campaigns as needed
- Organize and manage assets, files and data related to digital platforms and projects
- Support the creation and optimization of digital content.
- Manage and maintain content calendars.
- Participate in website and digital property testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance.
- Build solid working relationships with internal team members
- Other coordination tasks as need and as the role evolves

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- University or college degree or diploma with 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or other relevant field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Basic design skills and experience with various design software.
- Strong writing skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience coordinating and maintaining schedules, project plans or roadmaps and content calendars.
- Strong understanding of Excel
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Technical aptitude with curiosity and eagerness to learn
- Google Analytics, CMS and other digital reporting experience is an asset
