As a **Key Account Manager**with responsibilities in Business Solutions, you will work within the PPG Canada Refinish organization. You will partner with the Regional Managers to ensure that PPG is positioning itself in the automotive refinish aftermarket to support and grow existing PPG strategic key accounts. The job will entail working with these select strategic accounts to focus on body shop process and profitability. The manager will also be responsible for organizing, planning and even training customers in the suite of PPG MVP Courses across the country. You will report to the PPG National Manager, Business Development and Solutions, Networks, MSOs, and OEMs.

**Key Responsibilities**

Work with the management team in the planning, targeting, engaging, and development Key Account Retention Plans with PPG's largest body shop across the country.
- Support existing strategic PPG accounts in their efforts to improve body shop process and increase profitability through the organization and instruction in PPG MVP courses.
- Mentor PPG Territory Managers, TM's to secure potential strong regional strategic accounts.
- Understand competitors, their offerings (products and services) and develop counter measures.
- Organize and direct the PPG Performance groups across the country.
- A willingness to engage in continuous education through PPG MVP program with a goal to being a qualified instructor.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 5 years of experience in the collision side of the automotive aftermarket.
- Ability to work in both French and English.
- Strong computer and presentation skills needed.
- Up to 50% - 60% overnight travel required.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Collaborer avec l'équipe de direction à la planification, au ciblage, à la mobilisation et au développement de plans de fidélisation des comptes clés auprès du plus grand atelier de carrosserie de PPG au pays.
- Soutenir les comptes stratégiques PPG existants dans leurs efforts d'amélioration des processus et d'augmentation de la rentabilité grâce à l'organisation et à la formation des formations PPG MVP.
- Encadrer les directeurs de territoire et les chefs de projet PPG afin d'obtenir des comptes stratégiques régionaux potentiels et solides.
- Comprendre la concurrence et ses offres (produits et services) et élaborer des contre-mesures.
- Organiser et diriger les groupes PPG Performance à travers le pays.
- Volonté de participer à la formation continue dans le cadre du programme PPG MVP avec l'objectif de devenir un instructeur qualifié.

**Qualifications**
- Baccalauréat ou expérience équivalente avec au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans le secteur de la collision sur le marché secondaire de l'automobile.
- Capacité à travailler en français et en anglais. Excellentes compétences en informatique et en présentation requises.
- Jusqu'à 50 % à 60 % de déplacements de nuit requis.
