Key Account Manager – Quebec RESPONSIBILITIES Design and implement customized sales strategies for key account segments. Collaborate with the entire sales force to discuss go‑to‑market strategies, competitive insights, successes, and challenges. Maintain in‑depth knowledge of operators and distributors in the assigned segment and act as a resource and solution provider. Maintain CRM records, update customer profiles, and report on sales call activity weekly. Provide sales results and updates to manufacturers as needed. Manage stock status sheets of distributors and communicate any changes. Address client quality control issues and communicate resolution processes. Participate in visits to key strategic accounts, preparing itineraries one week in advance. Cook food products and assemble menu combinations to aid sales. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate degree, vocational or technical school degree preferred. Experience: 5+ years of experience with a food service brokerage agency and/or national manufacturer sales calling on key regional accounts and/or operators. Previous supervisory experience preferred. Skills & Abilities: Strong sales planning and execution. Positive, professional, proactive attitude. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to build trust and credibility. Planning, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license; some overnight travel required. Physical Requirements: Carrying and lifting up to 30 lbs. as needed. Employment Type: Full‑time. Salary: DOE. #J-18808-Ljbffr
