**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build rapport and establish trust with customers throughout the digital sales process.
- Manage and nurture digital leads through CRM systems to maximize conversion rates.
- Conduct virtual consultations to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicle options.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from online inquiries to in-person visits when necessary.
- Monitor and track key performance metrics related to digital sales.
- Stay updated on automotive trends, dealership inventory, and digital sales tools.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive or a related industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital communication platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships in a virtual environment.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with automotive products, services, and financing options is a plus.
