**Role Description**

This is a full-time remote role for a Residential Real Estate Appraiser. The role involves conducting real estate appraisals, analyzing residential properties, ensuring compliance with CUSPAP standards, and using appraising techniques to determine property values.

**Qualifications**
- Real Estate Appraisal and Residential Real Estate skills
- Knowledge of CUSPAP standards
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in appraising residential properties
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
