**Summary**:
**What You'll Do**:
- Assist with recruiting for Sinclair.
- Support staff onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Assist staff with HR-related inquiries.
- Organize and support training programs for shop floor and/or office employees. Track and maintain regular and special training records.
- Participate in committees and lead Health & Safety committee meetings. Coordinate and track action plans.
- Contact, coordinate and manage shared service vendors. Negotiate service pricing and monitor vender performance.
- Maintain kitchen supplies, upkeep coffee machine and tidiness for communal area.
- Arrange catering for special events, preparing for All Hands meetings, etc.
- Assist with Purchasing as time permits.
- Maintain a positive, efficient and professional working atmosphere.
- Support other duties as request by the GM or other senior managers.
**What You'll Bring**:
- 2+ years of experience in office administration
- HR experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with all employees
- Ability to manage fast-changing business circumstances, thrive in a constantly changing business environment and handle multiple (and sometimes conflicting) deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- High integrity and a real sense of ownership and accountability of responsibilities and projects
- Reliable and team oriented
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
