As the Project & Engagement Specialist, will play an integral role in ensuring successful and timely completion of our annual Performance and Engagement processes and projects. This is a highly collaborative role interacting with HR business partners, HRIS and other members of our COE groups to design, enhance, coordinate, and execute Performance and Engagement initiatives globally.
A Day in the Life
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor, track, and communicate project progress, and document procedures and work processes.
- Support and manage components of the annual goal setting and performance management process including system configuration, implementation of new features, completion tracking, and user support.
- Support and manage components of the employee engagement survey process including system configuration, dashboard creation, and user support.
- Assist with planning and executing new initiatives related to employee performance, goal setting and employee engagement.
- Develop communication materials, training programs, and resources to educate HR business partners, leaders, and employees on performance management processes, engagement initiatives, and best practices.
- Assist with developing presentations related to performance and engagement strategy, performance, and future roadmap.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders across PPC and the business to identify needs, gather lessons learned, and align performance and engagement initiatives with organizational goals
- Collect and analyze data related to employee performance and engagement to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent business experience
- 3+ years of relevant HR process and/or project experience (learning, performance, engagement, communications)
- Solid understanding of performance management and/or engagement principles, models and practices
- Experience with performance management systems and engagement survey tools
- Ability to prepare, execute, and monitor multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously and effectively
- Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skill
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices in performance management and employee engagement.
