**KWE IS CURRENTLY HIRING FOR A CLIENT ENGAGEMENT SPECIALIST**

KWE is currently looking for a Client Engagement Specialist who is focused on delivering a world class customer service experience to our valued customers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for smooth transactions by using KWE’s vast worldwide network for a designated client base. **REQUIREMENTS**
- Formal Academic training in International Business, Logistics or Supply Chain or related field and 2 + years’ experience within international/3PL sales; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience in sales support, client engagement, or a related role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred.
- Working knowledge of international shipping terms, Bill of Lading procedures, air cargo documentation, liabilities, and insurance.
- Ability to read, analyze, and respond to common inquiries or complains from customer, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
- Proficient personal computer skills including electronic mail, Power Point, record keeping, routine database activity, word processing, spreadsheet, graphics, etc.

**DETAILS OF THE JOB**
- ** Client Outreach**: Initiate and maintain contact with potential and current clients to generate interest in the company’s services.
- ** Appointment Scheduling**: Coordinate meetings and appointments for the outside sales team with clients, ensuring effective time management.
- ** Quotation Support**: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and following up on quotes to clients, collaborating with the operations and pricing teams as necessary.
- ** Sales Support**: Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including preparing presentations, managing CRM entries, and monitoring sales pipelines.
- ** Market Research**: Support sales initiatives by conducting research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients, generating contact lists through various online resources.
- ** Follow-Up**: Ensure timely follow-up with clients on proposals, inquiries, and service satisfaction.
- Comply with all safety policies, practices, and procedures. Report all unsafe activates to supervisor and/or human resources.
- Lead by example and share knowledge and skills.
- Perform all other job
- related duties as required by the Regional Sales Manager.
