**Job Summary**

We are currently seeking a QUALITY ASSURANCE COORDINATOR to join our bottled water manufacturing team, who will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance program.

This position involves but is not limited to:

- Administrate and enforce pre-requisite, HACCP and other food safety programs in the plant
- Conduct raw material, in-process and finished product testing
- Conduct microbial testing - Interpret test results for finished product release
- Supervise Line Inspectors
- Troubleshoot quality and food safety problems
- Monitor quality, food safety, sanitation and pest control
- Oversee ISO 9001: 2015 Recertification
- Handle all customer, government and third-party inquiries and audits - Handle product complaints/inquiries and product recalls
- Conduct employee training
- Conduct process improvement, trouble-shooting and R&D projects
- Other required duties

**The successful applicant will have**:

- 1-3 years of experience in Quality Control/Assurance in a food or beverage environment
- Food Science Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience
- ISO 9001: 2015 Experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Capable of working independently and excel in working with others in a team
- To be self-motivated, organized and efficient
