**Smith's Pharmacy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving sales, enhancing supplier/clinic relationships, and ensuring seamless operations.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Growth: Drive sales of Smith's Pharmacy website and products by creating marketing plans and promotions.**:

- **Supplier Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.**:

- **Team Collaboration: Support training and conferences.**:

- **Customer Service: Provide excellent service, assist with phone orders, and support the onboarding of new members.**:

- **Online Store Operations: Manage the overall operations of our online store, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality and meeting sales targets.**

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Product Management: Assist with product uploading**:

- **Branding and Marketing: Create branding materials and graphic designs**:

- **Website Updates: Regularly update website product and pricing listings.**:

- **Social Media: Improve social media platform**:

- **Administrative Support: Assist the company CEO with administrative tasks.**:

- **Promotions: Create and manage promotions**

**Qualifications**:

- **B2B sales experience with the ability to influence and sell**:

- **Proficiency in Shopify, Google Workspace, Excel, and Canva**:

- **Strong market knowledge in natural health**:

- **Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive working relationships**:

- **High integrity and honesty**:

- **Strong business acumen and ability to analyze data**:

- **Strong organizational and time management skills**:

- **Experience in managing an online store, website SEO, and digital marketing**

**Experience**:

- **At least 1 year of experience in online store management preferred**:

- **Strong communication skills and proficiency in English**:
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.21-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 - 42.5 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
