**Position Summary**

Sasco Contractors Ltd is a dynamic and growing electrical contractor in Burnaby, BC committed to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. We are currently seeking a dedicated Project Administrator to join our growing Projects team.

The Project Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of projects by providing comprehensive administrative support and document.

This role reports directly to the Division Manager and collaborates with the Project Managers, Project Coordinators, Internal Operations Manager and the accounting department.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Project Administrator your job duties and tasks will include but not be limited to:
**Project Setup & Management**: Create and configure new jobs within the project management software (SiteMax), obtain bonding and champion SiteMax.
**Administrative Support**:Prepare close out documents, update employee training records, book flights, prepare panel sheets, and maintain training resources.
**Additional Responsibilities**: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the projects and their teams.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business Administration or a related discipline.
- 1-2 years of administration experience, preferably in the construction industry.
- Tech savvy with proficiency in using Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, SharePoint, Forms and Lists).
- Proficiency in SiteMax is an asset.

**Skills**
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communicator and collaborator with project managers and other team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
