Inbound/outbound Sales Representative

**Responsibilities**:
2. Qualify leads and prospects through effective communication, understanding their business needs, and aligning our products/services accordingly.

3. Present our products/services in a compelling manner, showcasing their value and benefits to potential clients.

4. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.

5. Achieve and exceed sales targets by consistently meeting or surpassing key performance indicators.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices for overall team success.

7. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide valuable input for business development.

8. To generate opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline, the Sales Representative is expected to make a minimum of 40 calls per day.

**Requirements**:
1.Minimum 1 year sales experience, call center experience preferred.

2. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.

3. Results-driven mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

4. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

6. Open availability, including evenings and weekends.

7. High level of motivation, energy, and a passion for sales.

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Scarborough, ON M1J 2E1 (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Scarborough, ON M1J 2E1: Relocate before starting work (required)
