**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Manage and prioritize incoming shipments to ensure timely receipt and processing.
- Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal stakeholders to schedule deliveries and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Supervise and train warehouse associates in inbound procedures, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
- Conduct inspections of incoming goods to verify quality, quantity, and adherence to specifications.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all incoming shipments, including receipts, packing slips, and inventory records.
- Oversee the organization and storage of incoming materials in designated warehouse locations, optimizing space utilization and accessibility.
- Monitor inventory levels and participate in periodic cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain accuracy.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness and accountability.
- Collaborate with other departmental supervisors and managers to coordinate inbound activities with outbound operations and overall warehouse functions.
- Analyze performance metrics and KPIs related to inbound operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.

**MUST HAVES**
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of inbound logistics processes, including receiving, inspection, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
