Job Description:
Busy + growing restaurant group is seeking passionate and skilled Prep + Line Cooks

to join its new Coquitlam location.

The Prep / Line Cooks, with the support and guidance from the Chef and Sous Chef, are responsible for building the company’s presence and recognition - from a culinary perspective - in a new market for our group, one dish and customer at a time. This location taps into an area with a greater combined population than Vancouver, which means this could become our busiest, flagship store when we open up all of our planned revenue streams.

The Prep / Line Cooks execute to our standards for service - quality, consistency and efficiency. Youare responsible for minimizing food waste, maximizing productivity, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, while supporting younger team mates as they grow their confidence andskills.

This is a great opportunity for a seasoned or junior cook to work alongside a passionate leadership and operations team to grow within a business that is aiming to leave its mark on the culinary scene in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

Hourly wage ranges from $19/hr to $24/hr with an additional $3+ per hour in tips. We expect the tips to increase as our sales grow.
