**Marketing Project & Content Coordinator**

**Position Details**:Permanent, full-time. This is an on-site position at our beautiful office is in Vic West, conveniently located close to Galloping Goose.

**Compensation**:Salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per annum.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage the end-to-end execution of all marketing projects, including timelines, deliverables, approvals, and budgets.
- Develop and maintain project plans, calendars, and status updates to ensure clear communication across internal teams and external contractors.
- Ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.
- Work with various software to upload assets to tv screens for all brands.
- Track invoices and maintain accurate records of expenses.
- Source and compile quotes from vendors and suppliers for marketing-related services, printing, and production.
- Research suppliers as it relates to specific projects, to ensure alignment with needs and budget.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and project tracking systems to enhance team efficiency and communication.
- Establish and refine processes for creative requests, feedback loops, and content approvals.
- In collaboration with Digital Marketing Manager collect analytics and metrics and track campaign performance vs goals and update team weekly.

**Education, Skills and Qualifications**:

- Identify gaps in content and propose new content types (e.g., behind-the-scenes, staff features)
- Write newsletters for three distinct brands in collaboration with department heads
- Manage influencer campaigns and coordinate influencer visits
- Source or take photos, create and edit short form video content, repurpose long form content into multiple formats for use across platforms. (video, blogs etc.)
- Identify and source engaging visual assets for use across digital, print, and in-store collateral.
- Ensure creative materials meet brand standards and project objectives prior to finalization and distribution.
- Track and organize digital content to streamline content deployment and reuse across platforms.

Compensation

$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
