**Why this role is significant**

As the Marketing Coordinator, you play a significant role in supporting marketing initiatives across the resort. You will assist in executing our strategic marketing plans, coordinating campaigns, managing social media and online presence, and supporting various marketing activities. You bring excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for marketing through a hospitality lens.

**A day in the life**
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Craft compelling and creative marketing content to engage target audiences.
- Managing marketing projects for all internal initiatives and collaborating with external marketing contractors.
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives including online advertising spend management and data analysis.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.

**What you bring to the team**
- You bring 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, or communications, with a passion for hospitality and tourism.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a combination of relevant education and experience.
- You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for storytelling and brand narrative.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
- Ability to develop brand strategies and guide creative direction.
- Experience using graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, WordPress.
- Experience with photography and videography is considered an asset.
