**The Role**:
The role comes with a total compensation package comprised of a competitive base salary _**$40,000 - 52,000**_ per year, health, dental & insurance benefits, a wellness spending account, and a Company RRSP matching program. We also support our employees with a compensation package that includes professional development.
As an Office Administrator, you will deliver exceptional customer service by skillfully performing a variety of administrative functions. Your role will include, data entry, front desk support, and a myriad of other administrative duties.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Reception duties including directing phone calls and inquiries.
- Administrative support with a focus on data entry, document handling, and coordination of volunteer activities.
- Oversee client interactions and handle the preparation of required documents for direct cremations.
- Maintenance of office systems and handling essential tasks to support operations.
**Key Qualifications and Demonstrated Abilities**:
- A passion for customer care evidenced by previous professional experiences.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and manage tasks effectively under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with robust administrative and data entry skills.
- Experience with contract handling would be an asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English; other languages are an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$52,000.00 per year
