Port Alberni, Canada Breakers Marine Ltd. Full time

**Breakers Marine Ltd is looking to expand our staff with an additional customer service/bookkeeping focused individual**.

**Daily Duties will include**:

- Managing Accounts Payable Invoices and reconciling supplier statements
- Managing Accounts Receivable invoices and customer statements
- Processing point of sale transactions
- Answering phone inquiries
- Assist customer locating products in-store and through catalogs or electronic parts diagrams
- Maintain showroom inventory levels and organization
- Independently submitting orders to variety of suppliers
- Discuss with our technicians to ensure they have the required components for ongoing service jobs

**Requirements**:

- Computer skills are essential.
- Bookkeeping background and/or related education required, although training will be provided.
- Knowledge and interest in marine outboards, boating, ATV’s and motorcycles is a strong asset.

**Experience**:

- Computer Skills 1 year + (essential)
- Bookkeeping experience and/or education 1 year + (preferred)
- Customer service 1 year + (essential)

**License/Certification**:

- Class 5 Driving License (required)

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
