Due to this growth, we are seeking a Stores Clerk to  join our team in Port Alberni, B.C.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Perform day-to-day receiving and outgoing tasks, including picking and packing parts, restocking inventory, and ensuring all items are stored correctly.
  • Maintain warehouse organization and follow inventory standards.
  • Collaborate with departments to ensure smooth information flow throughout the supply chain.
  • Check shipments against purchase orders, resolve discrepancies, and update inventory records.
  • Participate in cycle counts and inventory control measures.
  • Coordinate inventory movement between warehouses or external locations.
  • Support logistics and operations projects as assigned.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by the Supply Chain department.
  • Ensure compliance with Coulson Group of Companies procedures and standards.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • High school diploma.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (receiving clerk, warehouse worker, inventory-related).
  • 1–2 years of clerical experience (data entry, record keeping, inventory tracking).
  • Aviation industry experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment (certification may be required).
  • Strong time management, analytical, and judgment skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as required.
