**Overview**:
CFT Group is seeking a **high-performance Sales Administrator / Coordinator** to support our sales teams across multiple business lines. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales, this role is critical in driving administrative efficiency, maintaining CRM data accuracy, supporting customer relationships, and enabling our salespeople to stay focused on selling. We're looking for someone who is detail-obsessed, Excel/Google Sheets-savvy, and relentless in the pursuit of excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales teams and Director of Sales- Maintain and update CRM records with exceptional accuracy- Create and manage sales tracking reports, dashboards, and forecasts in Excel- Present reports on a daily/weekly basis to Director of Sales- Coordinate and support customer onboarding, quoting, and documentation processes- Proactively follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure deadlines and service expectations are met- Audit documents and sales entries for accuracy and completeness- Organize and support sales meetings, preparing agendas, and performance summaries
- Communicate directly with customers as needed for follow-ups, scheduling, or issue resolution

**What We’re Looking For**:

- ** Extreme attention to detail** - nothing slips through the cracks**Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills** - pivot tables, formulas, data validation, etc.- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent) is an asset- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a “figure it out and get it done” mindset- Strong communicator, confident speaking to customers or internal stakeholders- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment
- 2+ years in a sales support, coordinator, or administrative role
