**The Role**:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating sales releases and new community launches and providing overall support to the sales and marketing department. Your responsibilities will include assisting with new community launches, creating and distributing eblasts, updating site plans, managing website updates, coordinating events and general administration. This position requires strong coordination, communication, and design skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- ** Active and Future Project Support**:
- Support the Project Manager in the coordination and execution of new community launches and sales releases and all associated marketing activities.
- ** Eblast Creation and Reporting**:
- Utilize internal software to draft eblasts that promote new communities and incentives executing on the strategic campaigns set out by the business.
- Work closely with the project manager to gather relevant information for eblast content.
- Manage eblast distribution, tracking performance metrics and analyzing results.
- ** Website Administration**:
- Maintain and update the company website with accurate and up-to-date information based on provided information and instructions.
- Ensure site plans, floor plans, pricing and other community details are regularly updated in coordination with on-going sales releases and community launches.
- ** Event & Photography Coordination**:
- Coordinate and support various events, including new community launches, broker open houses, sales releases, and homeowner events.
- Coordinate and support various photography/videography requirements, including events, sales offices and model homes, and community photography.
- Assist in managing event and photography logistics, such as vendor coordination, scheduling, and budgeting.
- ** Sales & Model Home Compounds**:
- Ensure all sales offices and model home compounds consistently meet specific brand requirements.
- Work with the Project Manager to ensure all sales offices marketing wall displays are updated as required.
- ** Signage Coordination**:
- Conduct regular drive-by assessments to ensure our signage is up to date and in good condition and being distributed as directed.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to address any maintenance or replacement needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of signage program and take necessary actions for improvements.
- ** Competitive Intelligence**:
- Visit other builders during launches and releases to collect pricelist packages for competitive intelligence.
- Organize, document and analyze gathered information, including pricing, incentives, and product offerings.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the project manager based on competitive analysis.
- ** General Administration**:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and marketing department.
- Assist with tasks as directed by the team, adapting to their needs and requirements.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and assist with documentation and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate the inventory management of all sales & marketing collateral and swag.
- Coordinate the distribution of gifts or promotional items given out at the time of sale, ensuring they align with the company's branding and customer journey.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and vendors to procure, organize, and distribute gifts and other marketing items efficiently and in a timely manner.

**You will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a sales support or marketing coordination role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Understanding of sales and marketing principles and techniques.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
