**Sales Coordinator**

**Schedule**: Full-Time, In Person

**Salary**: $57,000 - $62,000

H2O is an organization that supplies aquatic and recreation facility management services including but limited to providing highly professional team members to its clients’ properties. Founded in 1991, H2O is being redefined with an entirely new management team and is preparing for immense growth. As such we are looking to add a sales coordinator who will spearhead sales efforts and assist in the data management of financial and personnel documents.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare quotes and price adjustments for all sales including contract sales, retail and otherwise.
- Ensure all data and relevant information of the sales of the company is properly stored in all relevant software’s per Standard Operating Procedures.
- Review Accounts Receivable on a semi-monthly basis and follow up on aging accounts accordingly
- Track invoicing and ensure it is correct based on contractual obligations
- Lead the acquisition of new accounts and investigate potential new accounts
- Prepare financial analysis documents as directed by the General Manager
- Assist in data entry and management of H2O files as directed by the Human Resources Manager
- Act as the central point of contact for H2O’s clients and potential interested parties as well as sales inquiries

**Qualifications**:

- A degree or diploma in business administration, commerce, finance, entrepreneurship, or project management
- Proficient in English reading, writing and oral skills
- Proficient in French reading, writing and oral skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools
- Ability to work and learn multiple software’s
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- A background in Aquatics or Recreation and Leisure considered an asset
- A background in sales considered an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
