Developing early professional talent is at the core of what we do, where the focus is on customization of experiences and strategy. The Campus Recruitment and Talent Development team is responsible for finding and developing future leaders. **Is this role right for you? In this role, you will**: - Report to the Senior Manager, Catalyst Development Program and be responsible for building, developing, and managing a portfolio of Associates rotating in Global Operations, Global Wealth Management Operations and GBS Colombia. - Provide program associates with targeted development, impactful coaching, mentorship, performance management and transition into the business post program. - Design, build and implement curriculum and content to continuously enhance program offerings through market research and stakeholder feedback. You will create and analyze post-mortem reports to drive continuous program improvement, manage a database, and leverage reporting and analytics to further our program KPIs. - Contribute to the growth of our Global campus programs by taking part in campus wide initiatives, conducting program reviews, and leveraging market research, trend analysis, employee, and stakeholder feedback to create a best-in-class development experience. You are relied on to contribute to team effectiveness through partnership, speed-to-market, simplified processes, talent management, governance, and transparency. **Do you have the skill that will enable you to succeed in this role? We’d love to work with you if you have the below**: - Experience in developing, executing and managing talent strategies, project and program management. - Ability to create, measure and deliver program KPIs. Ability to use data and analytics to drive program decision making and program implementation. - Strong attention to details, communication skills, organizational skills, and ability to balance competing priorities and asks from business stakeholders. - Ability to problem solve, innovative, and be creative in your solutioning while maintaining a friendly and positive outlook. - Contribute to the program goal of fostering a community for our global employees, retention of talent and creating high performing engaged teams - Understanding of the campus recruitment cycles and talent attraction is an asset - Fluency in Spanish is an asset - A University Degree of Post-Graduate Degree in a field relating to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or Commerce is preferred, though not required. - The role might include a moderate degree of travel locally and/or internationally on occasion.
