**Job Overview**

Our services include individually edited photos, cinematic videos, aerial imagery, 3D tours, floor plans, virtual staging, custom websites, and much more.

**Responsibilities**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos of real estate properties.
- Operate drones for aerial imagery and videos (valid drone license required).
- Ensure all visuals meet our quality standards and showcase properties in the best possible light.
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any specific requests.
- Edit and upload media promptly, adhering to deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- **Reliable Transportation**: A car is essential for travel to various properties within the GTA.
- **Photography/Videography Skills**: Experience in real estate media is preferred.
- **Drone Operation**: Must own and operate a drone registered with Transport Canada, with an Advanced Operations license. OR own and operate a DJI Mavic Mini 3, 4 or equivalent sub 250g drone.
- **Equipment**:

- DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of shooting in 4K60fps.
- Wide angle Lens (10mm-17mm full frame equivalent)
- Gimbal for stable video footage.
- Drone with high-quality imaging capabilities.
- Tripod and other necessary photography/videography tools.
- **Internet Access**: Stable internet connection for timely uploads of large files.
- **Customer Service**: Friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to client satisfaction.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of photography and videography experience.
- 1+ year of drone operation experience.
- Familiarity with Matterport cameras (an asset).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
