This is an exciting opportunity for independent contractors who specialize in capturing high-quality real estate visuals. You'll work flexibly on assignments as they come in, focusing on delivering raw files for our post-production team. No editing is required—just capture and upload

As a project-based photographer/videographer, your key responsibilities will include:

- Traveling to the property location to capture HDR photos, videos, and/or Matterport 3D scans based on the project type (e.g., Photography only, Photography + Matterport, Videography, or combinations).
- Uploading all raw photos, videos, and Matterport files to our designated cloud storage promptly after the shoot.
- Ensuring all captures meet professional standards for real estate marketing, including proper lighting, composition, and coverage of interiors, exteriors, and key features.
- Own their own professional equipment (e.g., DSLR/mirrorless camera, wide-angle lenses, tripod, lighting gear, video gimbal/stabilizer, and Matterport camera/system if applicable).
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in real estate photography, videography, and/or Matterport scanning.
- Be proficient in HDR photography techniques and familiar with real estate-specific best practices.
- Possess a valid driver's license and **own a reliable car** for travel to property locations (primarily in [insert your area, e.g., Greater Toronto Area or nationwide as applicable]).
- Be eligible for a **travel fee** based on our price list for assignments located far from your primary location.
- Demonstrate high-level professionalism, reliability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fluent in English and have strong communication skills for confirming projects and addressing any on-site issues.

Job Details:

- **Job Type**: Contract/Freelance
- **Schedule**: Flexible, project-based (weekdays and weekends as needed)
- **Compensation**: Paid per project according to our price list. Rates start at a minimum of $55 for basic HDR photography of a condo, with higher payouts for projects involving Matterport scans, videography, or larger properties (e.g., $80+ for full photography + Matterport). **Travel fees** are provided for assignments located **far from**your primary location, based on our price list. Payments are processed on a biweekly basis.
