Realty Studios, at the forefront of property visualization, is on the lookout for talented freelance photographers to be part of our vibrant team. We offer visual solutions to a broad range of clients, from quaint eateries to expansive commercial spaces, upcoming housing projects, industrial sites, and retail establishments. Collaborate with a pioneer in the field and amplify your professional network in real estate. Role Summary The Freelance Photographer Specialist will conduct site visits, capture high‑quality photographs, and ensure accuracy in portraying properties (residential/commercial). An in‑depth training program is in place to acquaint you with our quality benchmarks and working methodologies. Key Responsibilities Visit sites as scheduled. Capture vivid and detailed photographs, reflecting the essence of the property. Engage with clients, ensuring Realty Studios’ renowned service quality is consistently delivered. Submit photographs within hours after the visit. Requirements Must be available Monday to Friday between 7 AM – 5 PM to accept ongoing projects. Weekend availability is appreciated. Personal transportation for site visits. High‑resolution camera (mirrorless preferred) and wide‑angle lens. Flash photography and ambient photography skills. Proven skill in property photography. Familiarity with software/tools like Photoshop and Lightroom. Experience with laser measuring devices. A commitment to punctuality, professionalism, and a client‑focused approach. Prior experience in professional photography is an asset. Availability Minimum commitment of 3 days per week, ideally between 9 AM to 7 PM. The frequency of assignments may vary. Candidates with open availability are preferred. Compensation Payment is per site visit, taking into consideration distance traveled and intricacies of the assignment.
