**Job description**

Our photography and videography highlight the features while capturing the essence of a home. Elite photographers + videographers enjoy taking amazing shots at various locations around the city, while meeting many wonderful people every day... and they get rewarded for it

As for the compensation; contracts range from $25/$50 hour average, after you complete your training

We are looking for real estate photography and videography contractors to join our team to cover the Greater Toronto Area.

**Duties**:

- Capture high-quality photos and videos for real estate marketing.
- Follow specific shooting guidelines as trained by us.
- Must be able to direct on camera talent.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in photography and videography including audio with clients an asset (interviews-walk-throughs, etc).
- Knowledge of editing software like Premiere Pro, Lightroom and Photoshop. The rest of the Creative Suite an asset. Your own Adobe CC account.
- A reliable and adequately insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license (you need to get to multiple locations every day)
- A smartphone and a laptop/desktop with reliable high-speed Internet
- Consistent delivery of high-quality content to our discerning clients in a timely manner
- Use existing and be involved in creating systems and procedures to maximize efficiencies.
- Ensure projects meet deadlines
- Continually track # of projects worked on and the time spent on each
- Maintain organized files
- Be involved in creating new systems to improve workflows
- Client care
- Travel to listings as scheduled

**Equipment Preferred**:

- Hybrid Camera that can shoot photo and video, preferably Sony a7iii or equivalent system with ultra wide-angle lens 14-17mm
- Sturdy Tripod
- Strobe with remote trigger
- Drone (not mandatory. Must get drone license)
- DSLR Camera Gimbal

(for hard working, talented people we can supply you with specialized equipment if necessary)

**YOU ARE**
- Motivated/Hard Working
- Able to work alone or in a team environment
- Responsible/Punctual
- Attention to detail is **very important**:

- Able to communicate in a professional manner directly with our clients and their vendors
- Can handle multiple shoots and projects daily

**Compensation**:

- Freelance basis, paid per shoot (on average $25 to $50 hr).
- Potential for 2 or more shoots daily.
- Travel fees will be paid for shoots outside the standard zone.

**Application Process**:
Interested applicants should demonstrate their ability to shoot + edit both photos and videos, own the necessary equipment (we supply specialized equipment if necessary), and have some experience (and a portfolio) in photo + video.
