Tents and Events (a division of Equipment World Rentals) is seeking a customer service professional with drive, high attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities to join our TEAM as Rental Events Coordinator.

Responsibilities of this position include (but are not limited to):

- Respond and follow-up with customer inquiries, maintain good customer relations and resolve customer concerns by providing great customer service and product information
- Review tent and event rental items with customers, quote rental prices and services offered accordingly
- Ensure rental products are prominently displayed and maintained as seasons warrant change in focus
- In conjunction with Tent Crew Coordinator, ensure that the items listed on the renter's contract are accurately to ensure function set-ups are completed in a timely and professional manner; will include site audits for quality assurance and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure that all contracts are completed in full (both within Sirius and paper copies) including specific site assessments, signed contracts of both rentals and Tent & Events Terms and Conditions
- Create & conduct Social Media campaigns (for T&E) to grow followers and stimulate more engagement on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.

This position may require overtime hours and on-call availability to address customer service needs.
