Trissential is looking for a skilled and experienced multilingual **HR Professional** to join a dynamic and expanding team in **Montreal, QC (Hybrid)**.
**Responsibilities**:
**Job Summary**:
- Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced multilingual HR Professional to join our team.
- The HR Professional will also be responsible for overseeing immigration and should be knowledgeable in Canadian visas and work permits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure HRIS is accurate
- Conduct weekly onboarding for new employees and ensure they receive all necessary training, tools and information needed to perform their job effectively.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including, but not limited to, new joiners, employee relations, performance management, and termination processes.
- Maintain accurate HR records, including employee personal files, performance reviews, and other confidential employee information.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals, values and culture.
- Stay up-to-date on Canadian employment laws and regulations and ensure that the company is compliant with all applicable laws.
- Act as a resource for employees and managers on HR policies and procedures, employee relations issues, and other HR-related matters.
- Handle employee relations issues such as disputes, complaints, and investigations in a professional and confidential manner.
- Develop and own internal communication plans to inform and engage employee population.
- Keep information confidential and secure
- Oversee compliance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with specific experience in onboarding and employee relations in a high paced environment.
- Must be bilingual in Spanish and English, and preferably French as well
- Ability to think critically and problem solve
- Demonstrable knowledge of Canadian employment law and experience writing policies and employee handbook
- Experience with immigration: Canadian visas and work permits
- Experience in supporting blue collar employee population
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in ADP, preferably with super user experience
