**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced **HR Manager** to join our corporate team. This is a key role overseeing core human resources functions, supporting both corporate and operational employees. The position requires a proactive professional with strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple HR priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding) for diverse positions across operations and corporate functions.
- Partner with management to deliver strategic HR support, including workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives and policies that foster employee engagement, retention, and organizational growth.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
- Drive learning and development initiatives, including leadership and skills training programs.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and organizational standards.
- Contribute to HR reporting, analytics, and continuous process improvements.

**Qualifications**
- 8-15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and organizational development.
- Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and data-driven HR practices.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in **English and French**.
- Experience in industrial, resource, or heavy industry sectors is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
