Peterborough, Canada Towne Optical Full time

**Towne Optical** is seeking a new team member to help with digital data entry at our optical locations. Organizational skills and a team player attitude will be major assets in this position. You will work closely with other employees in an office environment taking on the individual task of digitizing sales, accounting, and health care records.

We will provide training on site, but a strong affinity for computer use is necessary. You will need problem solving, administrative and organizational skills, and a commitment to accuracy. Experience with AccountEdge and/or QuickBooks would be a huge boon

**You will perform tasks such as**:

- Producing and organizing digital receipts.
- Accurately transcribing paper files to a digital form.
- Managing patient files.

Job will be preformed on site at our optical locations.

Transportation is necessary to get between work sites.

You will be working 8 hour shifts weekdays.

Compensation is negotiable and will be based off of experience.
