The **HCM Demonstration Analyst** - Offline is to manage development, deployment and maintenance of the NAS WFN product demonstration environment and strategy. This will include all solutions and products in the WFN Offline demonstration tool.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Product Management, Program Development and IT and assess the impact and planning of the demonstration environment.
- Documentation of processes, how to and training to be incorporated into the WFN offline demonstration environment.
- Communication to the field on status to the health of the offline demonstration environment.
- Ensure peak sales effectiveness by collecting and incorporating Sales Field feedback into the offline demonstration environment.
- In addition, work with Key Business Partners, Software Developers and other Technical Resources to ensure timely updates that coincide with production version releases.
- Manage development, deployment and maintenance of the NAS WFN Offline Demonstration Environment tool.
- Working with Product Management, Program Development and IT to upgrade and test the WFN demo environment as new functionality is introduced
- Working with Product Management, Program Development and IT to develop new demo environments and tools for new products and services
- Integrating demo environments and tools as required to show ADP product interoperability.
- Organizing and documenting Sales Field feedback, i.e DSMs and BC suggestions
- Maintaining a consistent and effective data set across the WFN Offline demo solution
- Performing first line quality assurance for developed demos by confirming demo performance according to the approved script and use cases
- Preparing associated documentation such as installation and execution instructions, scripts, status reports
- Perform Laptop and iPad QA testing for releases and browser/Java updates.
- Managing feedback to determine if corrections are needed or new features need to be added.
- Develop and deploy WFN Product Demonstration Scripts that incorporate the appropriate marketing message and emphasize the ADP value proposition and integration and ease of use, and highlight key competitive differentiators.
- Maintain product demonstration documentation for NAS WFN offline demo.
- Communicate issues identified by Sales to Development and maintain an issues log to monitor resolution.
- Maintain enhancement requests from Sales and work with Product Management to integrate them into development plans.
- Provide content to Sales training for the development and delivery of product demonstration tools.
- Responsible for possessing product and process knowledge of NAS WFN Solution.
- Coordinate deployment of WFN Offline demo to the field with IT.
- Provide Tier support back up as required for escalated demo environment issues
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

**QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Education and Experience
