Goodman, Elbassiouni LLP, is a fast growing plaintiff-side litigation law firm located in Etobicoke & Scarborough. We are seeking to hire a knowledgeable and dedicated Tort Law Clerk to join our expanding legal team.
- Completion of an accredited Law Clerk program
- 1+ years of law clerk experience working with Tort claims in a personal injury firm.
- Proficiency with the _Rules of Civil Procedure_
- Preparation of correspondence as relating to file records, including both medical and employment records
- Preparation of affidavit of documents along with follow-up for satisfaction of undertakings and document production
- Coordinating scheduling of examinations for discovery, medical assessments, mediations and court attendances
- Assisting in trial preparation
- Exceptional communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large volume of documents, prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
