POSITION: BOOKKEEPER

LOCATION: East End of Ottawa

SALARY: Based upon experience

JOB TYPE: Full Time

**Must be fluently bilingual in French and English**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Full Bookkeeping and Quick Books experience
- Using Microsoft Office, mainly (Excel and Word)
- Familiar with Payroll, A/R and A/P cycles
- Preparation of regular external filings such as HST

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office / Excel / Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills is required
- Ability to work with multiple priorities under a tight deadline
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work with little instruction or direction

**EXPERIENCE**:

- A minimum of 5 years of **CANADIAN** bookkeeping and accounting experience

Pay: $16.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ottawa, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 5 years (required)
- Bookkeeping: 5 years (required)
- Canadian bookkeeping: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluently French and English (required)
