**Job Title**: Bookkeeper

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Track and mantain inventory records.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Utilize accounting software such as Sage and Xero to manage financial transactions
- Handle accounts receivable tasks including invoicing and collections
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify balances

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors degree
- Accounting certification
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Sage and Xero
- Strong understanding of account analysis and reconciliation processes
- Knowledge of payroll procedures and experience in handling accounts receivable
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
