- As an It Support Technician, you will be based out of our Head Office in Vancouver and assist our staff with various IT issues. This position requires occasionally driving your own vehicle for onsite visits._

**SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provide support & troubleshooting for both window desktop and window server environments.
- Install & maintain computer hardware, printers and network devices.
- Network administration and support of switches, routers and firewalls
- Provide on-site and remote maintenance or support.
- Provide technical support and escalate issues to vendors for both internal and third-party software packages.
- Track and document issues and progresses using the in-house ticketing system

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant professional work experience
- Demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft product such as window desktop, server OS, Office suit and Office365 service management
- Demonstrate familiarity with Active Directory user and group management
- Knowledge of networking protocols of LAN/WAN, DHCP, DNS and remote access concepts of RDS, terminal services and VPN.
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Excellent communication and customer service skill
- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION**:

- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle is required for onsite visit within the lower mainland. Mileage reimbursement will be provided.
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
